T Williams Realty is a boutique real estate firm established in 2006 on Orcas Island. Preferring to be “better” rather than “bigger,” we're a two-woman force to be reckoned with. 

We take our work seriously but have serious fun along the way! We're energetic and upbeat, yet no-nonsense when it comes to your investment.

Teri has 15+ years experience pulling permits and dealing with the County and local contractors through her company Permit Resources. She's frequently hired to provide feasibility studies and land use consulting. She served two terms on the SJC Planning Commission, worked on the Critical Areas Committee and now serves on the Eastsound Planning & Review Committee. She was VP of SJ Builders Association and worked as a title examiner and at a survey company.

Sandi has served on the Board of Directors of the local Realtor Association for five years including two terms as president.  Prior to moving to Orcas, she worked 10 years in the construction industry - design, estimating and project management. She's certified by WA Dept. of Ecology to design Stormwater Plans which are required for most building permits. She's the "hunter gatherer" of local real estate data and frequently hired to prepare market analyses. She specializes in working with Buyers.
